DESCRIPTION:Music Showcase will be held on Saturday\, October 21\, 2023\, f
 rom 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at two venues:\n\n• SUPERSTITION SPRINGS MALL at
  6555 E. Southern Ave.\, Mesa\, AZ 85206 in Dillard’s Court\; and at\n
 • CHANDLER FASHION CENTER at 3111 W. Chandler Blvd.\, Chandler\, AZ 8522
 6.\n\nA registration fee of $15 will be charged for each student participa
 ting for EVMTA members\, $35 per student for non-members. Non-members must
  contact the event chair to approve registration.\n\nParent letters should
  be copied and given to parents the week of September 17 – September 23\
 , 2023. Online registration will be available from September 23 – Octobe
 r 7\, 2023.\n\nPlease remember that the morning slots are the most popular
 \, so do not assume that you are going to get that time slot. It may be ne
 cessary to split your studio into morning and afternoon sessions.\n\nYour 
 students may play in costume in celebration of the Halloween season if the
 y wish. You may program your students according to a theme (jazz\, movie t
 hemes\, etc.) This is a less formal venue than other EVMTA recitals\, but 
 each piece must be polished and of public performance quality. The musical
  score may be used. Your students may play one or two pieces.\n\nPlease no
 te: All teachers must be in attendance with their studio at the appointed 
 time and stay until the next teacher arrives. Please arrive 10 minutes bef
 ore your first student is to play to ensure smooth flow from one studio to
  the next. If you will be unable to stay until the next teacher arrives\, 
 you must notify one of the co-chairs ahead of time\, as the pianos cannot 
 be left unattended at any time! As with all of our events\, if you have st
 udents performing\, you may be asked to contribute your time in some way.\
